365 Project Day 2 - Sunset Wire

I was determined to take my camera to my work. I knew some shots I wanted to take. This was gonna' be easy.... not so. It was a very busy day, and at the end of it I was totally drained, thinking to myself "forget about looking for pictures". But NAY I SAY!! So i took eleven shots, and this was the best i got. Oh well, gotta keep at it!

Image: A nice sunset enhanced by Lightroom and Photoshop (don't like that wire, but it will have to do). As much I enjoy taking pictures, I just love work in the Digital Darkroom. No, there's no chemical fumes to damage my brain cells, but it is very satisfying to enhance, even improve, an image.

Manual: Page 77 (Nikon D40 manual) Assigning the Fn Button. The first thing i did when i learned about this feature. Personally, i have it assigned to change the ISO.

Inspiration: A friend of mine lent me a photo book called Documentary Photography by the editors of Time-Life books. What an inspiring book. Anyway, i am drawn to Lewis Hine. His images abolished child labor. Can you imagine that? Your images making a difference? Well, Lewis Hine managed it.
